- Times – 9:00-11:00am (Youth), 11:00-1:00pm (Junior), 1:00-3:00pm (Senior)
- Location – IMP Fitness Center – 14141 Parke Long Ct. Chantilly, VA
- Divisions - (Boys) – Youth (3rd-6th Grade) Junior (7th-9th Grade), Senior (10th-12th Grade)

ROGUE DAY
Each 2 hour session we will focus on the fundamentals of shooting. All players offensive and defensive alike will learn proper shooting techniques. Players will learn how to shoot,
- On the Run, Out of the Dodge
- Time and Room, Using Screens
- Dodging from X to find the Island
- Wing shots, Shooting around defenseman
- Defenseman Shooting in Transition
Players will also learn proper dodging techniques to learn how to create separation so they can create shots in game situations. At Rogue were not just building a better lacrosse player but a better athlete. Rogue will teach you the skills to separate yourself from the rest.
Coaching Staff
Rogue is run and operated by Professional Lacrosse players. Rogue’s staff is composed of professional players and college coaches that have played and coached at the pinnacle of the game.
