• Pick Embroidery Option: 3  (for Team Name + Player Name)
• Pick Embroidery Color: NAVY BLUE
  
• Click checkbox for Custom Embroidery   

3. Click the <Add to Cart> button (once)
4. Click the <Checkout> button

• Team Name: FUZE
• Player Name: FirstName LastName (and # if you want it)
